By accessing and using the MONKA GEMO website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Product Information & Authenticity
All gemstones sold by MONKA GEMO are certified authentic Ceylon (Sri Lankan) gemstones. Each gemstone comes with a certificate of authenticity detailing its specifications, origin, and any treatments. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Full payment is required before shipment of any products. For custom jewelry orders, a deposit may be required to begin work.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using insured courier services. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 3-7 business days for international shipping. All shipments include tracking and insurance. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original condition with all certificates and packaging. Custom jewelry orders and resized items are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Warranty & Guarantees
All gemstones come with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. Jewelry items come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Loose gemstones that have been set by third parties void our warranty.

- •MONKA GEMO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
- •These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
- •If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
